As per King County requirements, all Salle Auriol Seattle members 12 and older who are actively participating in activities in the Salle must provide proof of vaccination beginning October 25, 2021.

Information regarding the King County Vaccination Mandate is available here:

https://kingcounty.gov/depts/health/covid-19/current-guidance/verify.aspx

Acceptable proofs of vaccination:

  • CDC COVID-19 vaccine record card or photo of vaccine card

  • Printed certificate or QR code available from MyIRMobile.com

  • Other official immunization record from within or outside the U.S., including from your health care provider. A photo or photocopy of this card is also acceptable.

Members will be required to show proof of vaccination at the front desk starting October 25th, although members can and are encouraged to provide proof of vaccination before that date.  The club will note members who have shown proof of vaccination so members will not need to provide proof on a continuous basis.

Members who turn 12 after October 25, 2021:

Per King County guidelines “12-year-old children may participate if an adult can state that the child is in the process of getting vaccinated. 12-year-olds are required to be vaccinated, but we recognize that it takes additional weeks after they turn 12 to complete all shots and be fully vaccinated.”

Members who cannot provide, or choose not to provide, proof of vaccination:

Members who do not provide proof of vaccination will be required, as per King County requirements, “to show proof of a negative PCR COVID-19 test in the last 72 hours” before entering the club.  This negative PCR test results must be provided at the front desk before any participation in club activities will be allowed.

Members are still required to wear an approved mask completely covering their nose and mouth while on club premises until further notice, whether they are vaccinated or not.

Salle management appreciates membership cooperation in helping us conform to the King County proof of vaccination mandate.
