Salle Auriol Seattle Mask Policy
Approved masks entirely covering the mouth and nose are still required while in the club until further notice.
The United States Fencing Association still requires masks for sanctioned fencing events. They have stated that they will revisit that policy in late April.
As a competitive club, we expect all our fencers to train in a manner that supports competitive success which, at this point, means training while wearing a mask.
Our membership includes a wide range of age groups; continuing a 100% mask policy for now is the simplest way to help ensure the safety of our members and their families and friends.
We all look forward to the time when masks are no longer needed; that time is coming, please be patient as we wait for further guidance from the USA Fencing and the CDC.
